We started having our doubts about it (at least I did) but here it is :

Incredible video footage of the PALOT by Sankyo = Kagetsu Dentsetsu. Actually shot in a Parlor !! Watch as the player puts in a 5000 Yen Note and BALLS yes BALLS go into the front tray of the PALOT machine. Watch the actual play of what looks like to be a Pachislo BUT it is being played with Pachinko Balls Marvel at all the switches the player operates and for what?? What the h**l is goin ' on here? Nice video screen on the top of the PALOT also. And that's all in the first video here :

These vids don't seem to work for me with Firefox but the worked fine with IE.

I reckon its some sort of credit / redemption memory stick as its located beneath the note acceptor slot and just before it was pulled out, it looked like the player was transferring 45 credits onto it straight from the machine....

thats a novel Idea so in theory you could memory stick your credits from one machine to another, should you decide to change machines or go outside and get some fresh air etc.. Interesting concept..

I can't get any of these videos to work and when attempting to do so, Media Player freezes any other page I have open. Anyone else having this problem? I use Windows Media Player version 10.xxxxxx and notice that the site recommends Player version 9. Could it not be version 10 compatible, I wonder?

I just checked and I am using Windows Media Player version 10.00.00.3646 .

I wish there would be a way to capture these and save them before they go away.

WOW I didn't even notice that!

After rewatching it I see it does indeed hold credits!

Can someone capture these videos for us so we don't lose them?

That's the one I'm using, too, Lew. So, it's not the version number then. Got another issue of some sort.

I'm using the latest 10.xxxx of mediaplayer too, and no problems.
But I still like my old version 7.xxx better.

hmmm.....I can see the advantage for Pachinko Parlors to have these types of machines so the "money" would be compatible between machines.

Although on the surface, to me, this looks silly because the ball serve no purpose in the game play....I guess realistically it doesn't matter if the machine spits out tokens/balls...what matters is their "value" in the gaming parlor.

I would think this would be an ideal machine for Pachinko parlors.....hmm....but big picture, it doesn't float my boat personally.

Now, if there were a combo pachinko/pachislo machine....that would be interesting. I know some pachinko machines have slots.....but to take it up a notch they should have pachislo buttons....that would allow for a whole new game dynamic.

when I go in with IE, I get a screen witha an exclmation point and some japanese writing. WHo knows, I think their site is having problems or something! Ill try it again later.

Does anyone have a way we can grab these before they are taken down?
