Question Any one know anything about this machine?

    Hello,

I got this machine today, and I know nothing about them. It says Bunny Girl project 1988 on the LCD screen, and also has Bunny Girl 200x on it to the left of the screen. Since everything is in Japanese, I can't read it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Luckydog,

Thanks for the reply. Any idea when it may have been manufactured? Is this a nice one, in terms of a pachinko machine? It seems to be in mint condition. I have no clue what some of the buttons are for such as the two on the left side below the play field but above the coin tray. Any idea where I can get more information on it? One last question...can the volume be adjusted, it's quite loud.

    Thanks,
    Matt

Nope. Just going to bed and was on my phone. Nice Heiwa,

CRバニーガール from March 2004, loosely based on the bunny girl slot machines I guess from 1988.
Haven't a clear picture of the front to see what suffix it has.

I guess the buttons on the front apart from the chance button would be the parlour ball loan buttons. Disabled for home use unless you replace the standard 25pin dongle in the back with the Daverob super credit dongle.

    Luckydog,
Is there a way to turn the volume down? It's very loud.

You can either open the machine from the rear, then remove and de-pin the lock so it can be opened with an object that would fit in the hole, or search eBay or other sites looking for a key, all modern machines pretty much have the same key. Or see if any of the machine sellers like Akimono have any spare keys for sale.

As for volume control. Installing a var-resistor 500-1000R at 1W or L pad is the way forward by splicing into a wire from each speaker. As to where it's really up to you. Some have small ones fitted right next to the speaker or bigger ones glued in the back of the machine. Or pop open the front and block the speaker with a sock or cloth.
