Is This Cool Or What? GOODWILL FIND

Cannot believe this was sitting at GOODWILL! This clock is about 10" in diameter. "PACHINKO" written across the face.Takes two 'C' batteries and one 'AA'(they were in the clock). When the alarm goes off the three red lights go on(center one flashes), center "fingers" open and close while approx 10 small chrome balls fall from the top to bottom dropping in various holes and the 6 yellow pinwheels. The top bells are just plastic(bell hammer moves) and the clanking noise is actualy from a bell inside. I could not find a name or year other than the typical "made in China" sticker on the battery door.(Yes! It still had a door!) The switch on the back has ALARM, OFF & PLAY. Play mode is a continuos action. Grabbed it, cleaned it and it works great!! I thought I would share this and see if anybody has one or knows of these?

I was glancing at Pachinkos tonight and saw another possible deal on Goodwill's site:

$39 isn't too bad, the shipping to here calculates at around $120 which I thought was a little high for start/destination inside the USA, but combined for the machine likely isn't bad.

shipping could be a bit scary... i doubt goodwill knows how to remove the balls before shipping... there going to be everywhere once it arives...

All three pachis I've received have had loose tokens/balls. Even though they had tokens/balls wrapped up separately, there were apparently some in each that were missed that ended up here and there in the box. The latest dropped a couple balls when I was carrying it through the house, it had a few that were in the folds of the box also.

As long as they don't lead to jams or scratch/scratch/break anything I'm not too worried about it. This last one was repacked by DHL and I don't know what they were thinking really. They had cardboard triangles to hold the machine in place, and then had two gallon sized bags of peanuts in there. Yes, peanuts in bags. Not enough to actually cushion anything, and one just put on each side. At least I didn't have to worry about loose peanuts

I'm watching an auction for a Pachinko that's about 3 hours away. I figure it would be about $45 in gas plus 6 1/2 hours driving to get it.

Too bad Goodwill doesn't offer 'pick up at your local goodwill'.
