Not sure if you have or had penguin biscuits over there, but they still sell that brand over here, although the wrappers are different these days, and not sure about the sizing...

Havent seen a Penguin in a foil wrapper since 1974.
I would still get it though something will fit.
Do you have Jaccobs Club Biccy's in the U.S.?
They are about the same size, and still come in a paper and foil wrapper
