Recently purchased a Bio Messiah made buy Aruze corp have a basis manual cannot get it to reset ,at the moment I have no tokens for it ,do I have to fill the hopper before resetting

yes you need tokens, it will go into error mode without them in the hopper/

It will error if it has a payout to do, I wouldn't think you would need tokens in the hopper to prevent an error doing a reset.
