Public Thanks to ARBY
Those of you members that have followed my threads on the 7 shock machine may recall that it came without a frame.
I wrote to ARBY asking if he may have a frame for it.
Well he looked into his Pachinko Stockpile, came up with a frame and had it out to me in less then 3 days!!!
Not only that he took the time to mark the corners to help with the reassembly. I thought it was cute Thx Arby.
Its not an exact fit as the original had a Plastic frame from what I could tell from photos of a complete machine. But its better then that as it now has Character.
I just wanted to show Arby the progress that I have made with the frame. He really wanted it to work I can tell!

I still need to make an upper hinge. It will be a good challenge for my metal working skills.
As you all can see it looks really good with a nice tight flush fit on 3 sides.
The right side has a gap but thats because the lower hinge was not designed for this machine and its mount point on the frame causes the space. I dont mind at all because it will always remind me of the fact that the frame came from Arby having to take time out to dig for and ship.
I will make the upper hinge with the same spacing to keep the machine straight.
The frame had to be scalloped in some areas and the door lock tabs on the frame had to be removed and realigned to match the different machine door.
The Door face foot was missing so I had to make a new one and the lower hinge pin was much larger a diameter then the door hole where it is seated. Instead of grinding down the hingepin to match I very slowly drilled out the plastic door seat. Tricky but it worked.
Anyway its tons of fun making this frame work and once the top hinge is made it will be painted and finished.
Thanks to Arby I finally have a 7 Shock machine not just a door LOL
