Fever the King questions

I have a couple of questions about Fever the King I received from coronetgtx today.

When I load the top rear tray, it will not stay filled.
The ball feed gate is closed, they do not fall to the lower rear tray, they go into the shooter tray in 3 increments.

Any ideas?

Also can anyone tell me what the 2 circled buttons in the pics do?

if they are falling into the front tray it is catching up on owed balls from past fevers.

when it catches up it will stop

the button by on/off switch should be for a reset.

the balls feeding to the front are it trying to catch up on payouts. you can reset the machine to clear the memory and it will stop that. the button by the led is to reset error codes and the one by the switch is the reset. with the switch off hold the button while turning it on for 5 or 6 seconds and that will clear the memory.
