Can anyone explain what these LED blinky thingys are on my Pachiko machines?

Oh that's easy, they are the things that make you say "what are these LED blinky thingys on my Pachiko machines?"

But in all honesty the x-o one has to due with the flippers opening. Never seen the others before.

It looks like based on what numbers you win with, you get a different number of fever rounds (15,7,2). I notice that there are 3 different colors for the numbers 1,3,5 are green, 7 is red and 2,4,6 are blue.
