sid,you also need to remember not to get drunk when you are on your computer,and accidentally hit the delete button.

That is exactly why I do multiple back-ups of my company's accounts to different computers and the Server each evening

and I let no-one, and I mean NO-ONE but me have access rights to anything that could be accidentally deleted in the records

I need to be able to sleep at night...
