Default It's time for: TROOT OR POOT!

    Welcome to "Troot or Poot"
    Season Premiere!!!

Maybe you played "Truth or Dare" when you were a kid. Or... maybe you're old enough to remember "Truth or Consequences"... back when Bob Barker didn't have hot chicks pushing products, and he couldn't care less if you had your pet's knackers knocked or not. (Ahhhh... the good old days, eh?)

Here's the pachiland version of "To Tell The Truth". It's fun! It's educational!! And sometimes it might be downright strange! YES!!!
In each game, we will list a number of eBay auction advertisement claims about pachinko and pachislo, and YOU get to decide if the claimant is telling the "Troot"... or if they are full of "Poot".

We understand that there's such a thing as creative advertising, motivating a potential buyer to make a purchase (closing the sale), and trying to make a pile of goods look bigger than your pile of money (a la Zig Ziglar).
But... we ALSO know that SOME things have such a stink about them, that they just smell like POOT! (And some claims may even go beyond POOT... all the way to a PLOP! But, we'll be kind, and just call it a stink.)

    First a disclaimer:
We will feature claims from various vendors. PachiTalk has good relationships with many of them. Others... well... that's their choice, isn't it? So dealers, if you see one of your claims on the gameshow, don't go getting your panties in a wad! Hey... it might be the TROOT!!! Then again, if you're a liar liar pants on fire, we just might fan the flame a bit, and light up that POOT!!!
So hands on your buzzer, boys and girls.

IT'S TIME TO PLAY... TROOT OR POOT

OK... here's your FIVE statements for THIS game:

    Ready? TROOT OR POOT?

    1) A $10,000.00 aquarium doesn't look any clearer than the graphics on this LCD video.

    2) Probably the rarest pachinko in the world.

    3) This is a true collectors item!

    4) Another 1st on Ebay

    5) There are six different skill settings available on each machine.

    There ya have it.

Now... are they tellin the TROOT?
or are they full of POOT!

I'll be providing many more TorP claims in the future, AND providing my own opinion on these, so stay tuned!

Now in all honesty this could go either way, it all depends on if the tank has been cleaned or not. I have seen a $10,000 with green algae colored glass and I have seen crystal clean glass. This gets an either or rating

    2) Probably the rarest pachinko in the world.

Now the word "probably" means the vendor don't get out much, but we know better, this is Poot

    3) This is a true collectors item!

This depends on the item, Star Wars, LOTR, then it's Troot. Hanabi, Babel, then it's Poot.

    4) Another 1st on Ebay

First for whom? the vendor? maybe. For all of ebay? I doubt it. THis is most likely Poot

    5) There are six different skill settings available on each machine.

    Pahchislo-Troot, Pachinko-Poot
These is my answers and I'm sticking to them.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

I had a $15 aquarium that was Crystal clear

    2) Probably the rarest pachinko in the world.
If there is one, rest assured there is always another one, rare should only be used with steaks, but I am guilty of using this word for everything from chocolate to sex.

    3) This is a true collectors item!
Only if you have someone who wants it, no buyers nothing true about it.

    4) Another 1st on Ebay
true only in a small way, very small, it helps to get into the definition of "is".

    5) There are six different skill settings available on each machine.
on pachislots, if you got the key!

hehe yea like they sat in the parlour for 30days before bringing it home, either that or it broke within 30days thats why it got removed

    2) Probably the rarest pachinko in the world - Probably doesnt mean anything tho in that term its just like limited edition, limited to a run and then do another run when they run out

    1) A $10,000.00 aquarium doesn't look any clearer than the graphics on this LCD video - It doesnt look any dirtier either

The first 5 are more poot, with a tad of troot.

    6 is troot if it's a pachislo. poot if it's a pachinko.
