Need Spin Luck Help!!!

Just got my Spin Luck.
However the disk at the top does not spin. When I power up the machine it can be heard trying to spin. I opened it up and tried to barely nudge it while its making the noise trying to spin, but it still won't move. I see nothing blocking its path. I've hit the spin luck symbol several times but it never spins. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a players guide for this machine in English?

The players guide is not going to do any good.
Something is wrong with the mechanism, it is supposed to spin at every power on.
As to what it could be, I don't know.
I have never had any problems with mine machine to look at the mech in depth.
Sorry I cannot be of more help, but I am sure someone will know the cause of it.

I have read of this particular problem with at least one or two of the members here. I am not sure if there was a solution or not. Hang in there, I am sure someone will try to help you on this!

OK..I turned the power off and was able to manually spin the disk. When I powered it on ...what-do-ya-know...it spins.
Now all I need to know is how to play this thing. What is all this talk about banking spins and such. I played for a good hour and a half and not once did the spin button light up. What do I have get on the reels to Get the spin button to light up and be able to spin the disk?
Any advice on the operation of this machine would be most appreciated.

In order to obtain a spin of the Wheel of Fortune you must first stop a SpinLuck symbol on one of the reels. Once that is done you now have earned the Chance of getting a spin.

On the right side of the machine the vertical symbols will illuminate in an up and down sequence and if your lucky the light will stop on the SpinLuck symbol and you then can Spin the wheel by depressing the Spin Button.

However if you choose not to spin the wheel then just continue playing the game as you normally would and your Spin will be "Banked".

The Banked spins can be seen on the left side of the machine with the Red Leds. You can bank the maximum of 5 Spins

Hey all you Spin Luckers...just wanted to announce that after about 1.5 hrs of play I just got my 1st spin of the wheel. It seems after the first one... I've gotten several more much faster and have started to stock them.
I can see why everyone wants this machine ...it is waaayyyy tooooo much fun!!!
