Default What's up with this !@#@$#*$ machine?????

Got in my new Giga Fever today. I treated her well. I cleaned her up. Even massaged her with a bit of plastic polish to help with the shipping aches and pains.

Set her payoff level to 6 to learn what she has to offer and guess what? I've pumped over 3000, (THREE THOUSAND!) tokens into her and all she's given out are a few little prizes. Not a single lousy Bonus! After putting coins into her for nearly 2 hours straight, I couldn't take it any more.

Oh, sure, she's REAL pretty and sure she sounds like a jet taking off sometimes and sometimes like an avalanche or something, and sometimes shoots off firecrackers or bombs... but give up a single Bonus? Hell no!

Thank goodness there is this board for an addict to come to for solace. Haha!

Now am wondering what the heck is wrong with her, though. Sure, I guess she can go that long without offering a Bonus, but on level 6? Oh, make it 3500 hundred. My daughter just reminded me she pumped in about 500. :-?

That's funny because I have mine set to 5 and it pays too much! I am going to change it to 4.

i think they show the odds with 10.000 tokens played.

some machines are very thirfty with their payouts,

when it starts paying bonuses in might go right back to another,

i had just set a machine on 6 and won a bonus round in 6 spins,

others i have played for days before i won.

Odds on this one at Level 6 are 1/218 for the BB and payout is at 115%. Therefore, she owes me 3500 tokens plus the 15% more and I ain't gonna forget it! (And, that's not even to mention the addl. RB at 1/1200 odds.)

but those odds are based on 10,000 tokens. Keep on feeding it..

And do remember they are "odds," not a guaranteed payout. Over the long run the published odds should be your payout. But on any given spin it rolls its internal dice and decides if it's going to give you a win or not. On the next spin it does exactly the same thing, with no memory of what it did before. It doesn't know or care that you've put in 3000 tokens.

It's a bell curve thing. Most of us with that machine got big payouts within a few hundred coins. Someone at one end of the bell curve got a bonus after 6 plays. It just your luck that you are at the other end of the curve.

One thing you might want to do is double check the setting to make sure the 6 you entered is still there.

    Default Tatsujin

    HOWDY EVERYONE...
I just got in a machine today and am having the same luck!! So far I've fed it about 4,000 tokens and no bonus round yet. The machine I got is a Tatsujin and I really like it so far. Purchased it on ebay from a fellow member of the group here "pachislousa" and I highly recommend Robert as a seller plus he sent me a link to pachitalk right after I won the auction. The machine was very clean and exceptionally well packaged! This is only my second machine, the other is a Club Rodeo and even though I've only had it about two weeks, I can get it into bonus round fairly easy now. Anyway does anyone have any tips on playing the Tatsujin? I'm open to any suggestions.

Glad you found our site and had a great experience with PachisloUSA.

Several members here have a that machine and hopefully one of them will chime in.

:-) Just got back to computer..... went to feed another couple hundred tokens into it so maybe I'm getting closer to hitting bonus round!! I appreciate the link, I'll check it out right away. I really enjoy reading all the messages on this site, have learned a lot. Hope to get a pachinko next. They look really neat and think I'd really like those too. I used to love the old flipper style pinball machines when I was a kid in the 1960's and the way everyone here talks the pachinko is much more fun!

Thanks Gary! Yeah, I know all that, but one of the reasons I thought I'd throw this post up (other than being pretty darn frustrated to see if the new machine really works right) was for other new (and old) people to learn about the odds, etc. The Bell Curve is the perfect example, btw! 8-)

Anyhow, to report back in. I fed it roughly 5400 tokens before it finally paid. I was eye-shooting, too, not just hitting the buttons. I missed one reel out of the three over and over and over again. She finally paid. Then, after feeding her about 200 more coins she paid again. I had to quit since the thing is so loud, my ears are rining! haha! (At least I know it works!!!)

:-o I had to download language pack for website link so while that was going on I went back to play with slot machine. Don't know exactly what happened or why but two sevens came up in display window on top of machine. I played about six times then hit three sevens and went into bonus. Excellent display of lights and sounds. Won 350 tokens.... only cost me about 5,000 to do that. I can see how this was a real money maker in the parlors in Japan. Lots of fun! Thanks for help.
