    Did you bid on it?

I see $43.00 shipping to Colorado. About average for most machines.

I might think about it myself.

Your really pushing it lady! One more indiscretion like this and you'll have to turn in your membership card

Rule #35, sub-section 3B - "Even if one has a 'limit', be it either because of space or monetary limitations, one must blame their inability to purchase any further pachis on one's significant other, whether said significant other is a willing participant or not!. If they are not willing to 'take one for the team', then another significant other should be sought out, unless this seeking would be detrimental to 'the collection'."

I do believe I see your signature at the bottom of this application we have on file? Don't let it happen again.

It looks to me like it is missing some pieces on both the front and back. I don't see the index finger rest on the front (below the flipper handle), and part of the ball path on the back (left hand side) doesn't look complete. You probably could replace the index finger rest from a later model machine since they are essentially the same, but you would need to figure out what is missing from the back and see if you could reconstruct it.

Not a bad deal if you could get it for under $60.

you're right, though, compirate, the wife's the limit setter, or I would have 50 by now...

I put a bid on it, but should have checked here before I did! I should have known you sharped eyed folks would have spotted that thing as well as what kind of shape it was in. I don't know if I have enough experience to tackle restoring it if I win, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm just now restoring my first pachinko machine and this board has been really helpful!

you can always go to the ebay main page and cancel your bid, its easy to do

copy and paste the auction number first, then in main site map page click on retract bid.

paste the auction number in and give reason for cancelling, then hit enter and your done

Thanks Luckydog, I actually still want the thing believe it or not. I think it would be fun to take a crack at restoring it. Still, if someone else gets it I won't be too disappointed either. I'm still disappointed I didn't win the "No More War 3" machine that I saw on ebay recently...

I believe that "no more war 3" machine was also a KanLess. That was a nice machine. 20 bids with a winner at $112. What was your highest bid?

I wonder if one of us got it?!

I paid $100 for mine and its not near as nice as that one.

I'm curious to know if the motor ran on it.

I think my last bid was around 70 dollars or so. At one point I saw that the high bid (that was retracted) was 189 dollars so I figured it was getting a little too rich for my blood. Are the "No More War" models hard to find? I really like them, but I've spent my "pachinko budget" for now what with buying a machine, restoration dvd's, shell tumbler, etc. I think I should get one up and running before I buy too many more...

When I said "mine" above, I meant a KanLess.

I do also have a "no more war 2" machine thats pretty cool. I paid $90 for it. I knew I was spending alot but I wanted to have one pretty bad. That 3 was pretty nice though!!

Yeah, I spent alot of money in supplies just to start restoring. Art supplies, urethane for the frame, metal polish, small brass nails for holding the chute covers, screws to replace the staples that hold the mechnism in back. Enamel paint, rust remover, epoxy, veneer for the wood frame, paint stripper, Ugh...Upgrading the electrical to 12 volt...etc, etc, etc,

And this is just the start...

Ahhhh, But young one you have to get the tools/Knowledge necessary to restore the Vintage and the Modern Pachi's .

I've been restoring /maintaining Pachinkos since 1976 and i still don't have all the tools (Sankyo hammer ,alignment tool, size) or any of the DVDs or "Special " manuals . I study the machines and I'm pretty good at mechanical solving and most of the years i did it without having such a Cool site as this with so many people to answer my questions .

Enjoy and remember no Question is too small or trite for we the people of Pachtalk to help you with .

Ahhhh. Thank you for the encouragement old one...

I dont think I need any special hammers or adjutment tools. My little ball peen and homemade adjustment tools work jusssst fine.

And I think my mechanical and electrical background will serve me jusssst fine as well.
