Yes, came with about 200 balls. It seems to be almost all there. Not sure but I think its missing the center piece if there is one.

200 balls is not enough, you need like 2500, when you get a fever, you will run about 2000 balls through machine, only 200 would make you hate machine, due to being to much work, akimono.com or ebay sells more balls
