PowerFlash is up!

I finally forced a breather from my other life and spent 2 nights of frenzied activities, between 12 hour work days and 3 hour sleep nights, to work on the PowerFlash restoration.

I had to kluge together 2 machines to make this one complete. I had a proper burial for the "Ducky" machine after stripping it of it's parts. It now is at peace in the big pachinko parlor in the sky.

New transformer for lights and solenoids, some rewiring, 2 hacked in micro switches, and she's good as new, to which I say:

I need to build a proper cabinet, as she will be one of my crowning jewels, and I am going to double the lighting in the Jack (win light), because I want a win to be as bright as an alien abduction.

As always, I couldn't have done it without all the help here. Thanks to all!

And, BTW, in the process, after all my past mucking about and inventions of speedy nail pullers, I discovered that the best one is a tool for $1.99 at Harbor Freight. Now I feel silly.

No pictures-- that was naughty. Sorry. I'll post them tonight.
In the meantime, here is the mini prybar from HF. The rocker profile on it turned out to be absolutely perfect for the nail size. I was popping those bad boys out with a vengence. I'd say 5 minutes to do the whole board.

Pad the bottom of the rocker to make it more gentle on the board.

Congrats on the PF and thanks for posting the info about the nail puller. There were some creative solutions posted here but this sounds like the solution or the closest yet- I just ordered a couple of them.
