Arepachi Translation

Just now getting around to figuring out, tuning up and playing my arepachi's. The Silk Road Jan ball has become one of my favoriates.
It has a max pay of 10 and when you hit that while playing all of the lights that are lit start flashing. It then pays out ten.
Would someone have the time to translate the payout sheet for this machine and while they are at it if you look at the board you will see that it has two little drop threws, one on each top next to the spinners. This corresponds to the lights that you see going up around the Bonus button.
The row on the left foes 1 3 5 and the row on the right goes 1 2 3. Each time during a game you go threw one it advances that side. I am hoping that the translation of the card gives me some more enlightment.

It pays on all the pays but have not figured out what the small lights do. I do know they increase the payout in some games but not exactly how. Any help would be appreciated. Enclosed pictures and if you have any questions please ask.
Just another note in conjunction with Slothappy who is doing all of the artistic work I am in the process of making the plastic pieces that are missing from my machines and some for emmadog. PM sent. The above is the literal translation I suppose but you need someone who understands the language and the context to make it make
sense. The contact I sent you is from someone who is a former resident of Japan uses and the translator is familiar with pachinkos to boot. It's worth the few bucks to get an accurate translation IMO.

Sorry my post was as confusing as the babel fish's. What I meant to say was that I got the name of the translator from someone on this forum that used to live in Japan.
