Yes, that pic is from a member that lives in PA, seller is from UK. He might have permission to use the pic as he does mention Pachitalk in his ad

Dastooge is correct the seller is a UK seller & he is a member of Pachitalk (777Heaven). I have bought a number of machines off him, with great service, so I don't think their is anything to worry about it being dodgy. He is probably just using the picture.
