i got triple billed at burger king a few years ago.they blamed it on a newly hired employee not knowing the correct procedure for credit card transactions.they refunded my money in full,and gave me 10.00 in free food coupons.all from an original 2.00 purchase.i guess they want to keep their customers happy.

I paid $4.00 cash in quarters in the drive through one time at a burger king and watched the guy count it into the till 5 at a time then tell me I only gave him $3.25.

He refused to give me my food and counted $3.25 out of the till to "show" me what I gave him.

I went inside to talk to the manager after giving the jerk the extra .75 to get my food and he told me that if the till was off after closing then he'd give me a call. I told him to give me my money back as the idiot will be messing up every order and the till will be so far off that he'd never figure it out.

after he gave me a full refund (4.75) he told me I was banned from the store, great manager. this is not my only story about burger king or mcdonalds (they forgot meat in a bigmac one time and in a double quarter ponder another)

At the price they charge for a cup of coffee (btw I don't like their coffee) you need to have a credit card.
