One year we went to a party and they had Green Beer, after a few drinks people started making "Black and Green" drinks, same as a "Black and Tan", but since they had run out of tan, they used the green beer for the Tan part, not bad but I still prefer a pint (or two) of Guinness.

Sorry to bust yer balloon folks - Green beer is the same as you always drink from the tap , all they do is add a little food coloring to it , doesent do a thing to the tast or alcohol content , just yer imaganation going hay wire , Dont beleive this ? ask any beer salesman or bar owner , signed ex bar owner
Drink up and injoy St Pattys Day

Ps they only make this when it is orderd not as a brew up for the day

For St. Joseph day is the 19 of March. And being it is Red beer day, for the czechs to enjoy. I told you that, so I can tell you this. They put the wrong Red in the beer last year in the bar down the street. It stained everything it touched. Skin, hair, clothes, inside parts and some outside parts. One divorce was had over it and three couples to marrage councelors.

Never dip your wick in red beer and use it!
