Default My 2nd Pachinko - Maruto GoldenMachine

So within a week of getting my first Pachinko dusted off and tested, I found another machine listed on Craigslist locally for $75. Went and checked it out and walked away with it for $40. This dude was majorly funky, so I spent the better part of 3 hours last night getting in cleaned up enough to test out and get pics snapped without being laughed out of the forum.

Success!! Despite the back covers that are missing around the jackpot seesaw, there is no impact to gameplay. The solder joints look pretty corroded and lights are not functioning, but we'll get that remedied soon enough.

So let the pics begin...Have a few more but didn't realize I was limited to 9 pics when I went to upload. Let me know if specific pics of certain areas are desired.

nice looking machine... looks great from the pics posted.. no shame there

the only thing i see that might cause ya problems is.. it look like the ball cover is missing just befor the jackpot mech.. sometimes balls will double stack and spill out from that point if there is no cover... make one at home is easy.. i have made several out of scrap..

Yes, that is a true statement. I noticed that last night during testing and have a pic showing where it is missing. Looks like you've figured out several nice workarounds.

you could also buy one of Cardwwi's track covers if you don't feel like making one of mopar's

http://www.pachinkorestorations.com/...nt%20Parts.htm one of them on there might fit? Looks like mopars idea would work better.

Nice machine non the less. (does your camera have a macro mode? because it will make some of those pics clearer and eaiser for us to see things.)

    100 machines and counting...

    Sorry MX,

I've been snapping all pics with my iPhone which isn't the best camera to demonstrate fine detail. To be honest, my wife is the photographer in our house, and her stuff is too fancy and complicated for me to use. But I will do my best to all least use better lighting in the future.

Thanks! I actually do like this machine better than the first one (I think because it's easier to hit jackpots).

The playfield on this one has a yellowish hue which makes it looks dingy or dirty, whereas the Sankyo has a pure white background that makes the colors pop a bit better. But I like the styling of the case on this machine better than the Sankyo, so all in all I'm very happy with this purchase.

I got the wiring all sorted out today and the lights are now working again, so now I need to fabricate a lower ball tray as it jammed up a few times earlier today as two of my kids were engaged in a Pachinko marathon.
