    It's called Surprise Man 2000 and is made by Maruhon. I recall reading that it is somehow a spinoff from Ultraman. They apparently have Surprise Man candy bars in Japan and part of the pachinko play is to collect the stickers that come in the candy.

    'Bikkuriman 2000' (which roughly translates as 'Surprise Man') by Maruhon released April 2006. Debut game for the Maruhon 'Warp' frame, which is still their current frame style.
