Its not so much what you have overspent on this machine. It's what you will spend on all of the machines you WILL buy.

You have a nishijin model B there. It looks to be in great condition (at least till we see the back side). Thruthfully you didn't really overspend for some your first machine. Overspending would be paying like $150 or more. Where did you buy it? Because if you bought it on ebay you got it for a fair price. Otherwise you still got it for a decent price.

If you start a new thread and with some more pictures (need pic of whole back) you will get more help to your questions.

It looks to be that you have a Daido brand machine. (anyone else want to chime in I really only like to deal with pre 80's machines)

value wise yours is worth under $75

Balls are fairly cheap. You can find them on ebay, you need a minimum of 500 of them.

I dont think you over spent... if ya got some ball swith it then your in good shape... but thats assuming all the parts are there and it works..

i think your machine has more value then 75... i have sold that generation for more then 100.00 you just have to find the right buyer... theres allot of prople that like those machine.. but im more of a vintage guy...

Your machine was manufactured in 1974. i have the same one at home completely restored including a replaced playfield. I have seen the same model probably 7-8 times. They made many of this dolphin attraction and it is very common. That said, it is also one of the most popular of 1974 Nishijins, I guess people just like dolphins!
