Kentucky Slaming gambling Website

Kentucky is commandeering 141 domain names of Internet gambling sites in a novel legal move to crack down on the unregulated industry.

Franklin Circuit Judge ordered the names transferred to the state last week, announced Monday.

Sites affected include such names as caribbeangold.com and sportsbook.com.

I am not for Internet gambling . But what will happens next if this is done . killing sites of other controversial things that we think as freedom of speech . Or strong arm ebay not to sell controversial things or loose there name . I guess we will see if this happens

a strong arm is easily broken if it goes against the will of the people.

the only reason internet gambling has become such a big deal to legislators is the fact that the collective "they" don't get a cut..

even though a judge ok'ed it, I don't think they wil be allowed to follow thru. it would have to be the federal court judges to be able do that
