I did contact the seller about the pachinko and thought everything sounded very familiar. As it turns out I asked him if he had this machine listed approx. two years ago for the same money? He said that was possible. He is not negotiable and admits it probably has issues with some of the electronics and selling it as-is. I asked if that was his best price and he said he had other buyers if I didn't like the price! I remember the machine very well because it had a tie-dye effect background and I kidded Hanabi that it looked like one She would like. It is a Kyoraku Scarlet machine and I'm staying clear of the machine and seller!
