I can't tell what center feature this machine has, but it seems like it has two people facing each other. Can anyone else see what it is? The seller says "make offer"

Hard to make out but it looks as though they are holding hands.

I thought it might be the sumo machine, but I couldn't tell for sure. My eyes aren't what they used to be.

seems strange.. out of all the machines i have seen that are similar or share parts and hear we have 3 that are identical.. I wonder if this is something special?? or has meaning??
