    Default Vintage Pachinko part replacement

I just got what is apparently a Nishijin model C from my in-laws that has been broken and sitting in their garage for years. The part that is broken is a clear plastic part that, when pulled by the play lever, drops a ball in place for the next pull of the lever. Does anyone know where I can go to get a replacement part? If not, I am a 3d drafter with access to a 3d printer, so if I can get some pictures of said part, I may be able to print a replacement.

I picked one up of the same part at vintagepachinko.com

It was pricey, but it was the exact part.

Or... Buy a resin casting kit, find someone with the part you want, borrow it, cast your own... Much more expensive.
    Woof!

to Pachitalk! I have a Model C that is buried in the "pachi storage room". If you need pics, I can dig it out and see what I can do.

    to pachitalk

It looks like the plastic piece is find. It looks like your missing the little wire on the shooter arm that pulls it back. It is just a paperclip basically with some bend in it. I'm sure another member can post some pics of the area. (as I have no model C machines to show you)

If you have any questions feel free to ask. And once again welcome to PT.

    -Max

Edit: I found a pic that might help but it isn't the best.

mxfaiman, it looks like you are correct. The plastic part is whole. I cant make out the wire the you are referring to. If anyone has a pic from another angle, I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, on the plastic part there is a small bolt. Is that supposed to be connected to something, or does is act as a stopper for the wire part that is causing me all my problems?

P.S. Thanks for the warm welcome.

the bolt could be added as counter weight.. It should not bother you at all..

try and find yourself a good piece of wire.. a std paper clip may not be strong enough.. a heavy duty or large clip would be better.. I used to Race RC cars and have heavy rods left over from servo linkage.. it works great for this application.. Try a hobby shop if ya get into a Pinch..

Moparformances, I work at a welding company, so will grab some hard but thin welding wire. Hopefully i will be able to find something sufficient. Thanks for the advice and pics.
