NET Machines can't change odds
I have 3 NET machines (2 Dracula & 1 Dollars vs. 7's) & all 3 are giving me problems changing the odds.
I shut machine off, turn reset key to "on" position, turn machine back on and nothing happens. The credits stay at whatever the number was before and a number 5 comes up on the window & won't change when I turn the small key the the right and push the red button on the power supply. Basic reset procedure is not working. Please, if anyone knows what I am going through with these machines & can help, please do.

You are holding down the spin knob for about 5 seconds before you turn the reset key back, aren't you?

Uh-huh....make sure you aren't skipping that step. I had the same issue when I got my first machine.

Does it really need 5 seconds? On my Monkey Magic I just need to tap it.

Doesn't hurt a thing to hold the spin knob down for 5 seconds...or even a little longer.
