Is there a free way to capture streaming video?

Do streaming videos end up in my temp files as .rm files I can convert?

rite click on the link befor the video and select save target that works with some as for stuff from pute file ect some of those shosting sites are set up so you cant capture the video

a quick search for capturing streaming video brought this up in the top2 .. maybe if you look around you may find something that will meet your needs..
