Thumbs up Thanks to everyone for your help - here's what you made

You may have seen me around asking about ball lifters and hoppers etc. You may have even posted a response to one of my newbie questions.

Well I thought everyone who helped me by giving me their advice and spending a few minutes of their time should know what they have been working on.

I started with a Pachislo - that lead me to these boards. Everyone seemed to be saying that Pachinko not Pachislo was where it was at. People were also saying that Star Wars was the best new Pachinko. So following advice I bought a Star Wars. I then read up on the whole Cyclic/Lifters debate and yadda yadda yadda ........ here I am.

My Star Wars now has a sturdy home-made case, including ball lifter, an extra hopper that holds about 1000 balls, integral transformer and a mains lead strip so that it runs off one plug. My key is on the way (it refills by opening the door and loading the new hopper). All I need to figure out is how to fool the payout sensor and it will be complete.

Its even the perfect height to fit a cornflake holder as a payout catcher -the hole on it matches up identically with the hole on the machine (this was luck rather than planning)

So I'd just like to say a big thank you to everyone on the forums - cheers
Unfortunately this is the end of this odyssey for me. I've run out of space and the missus wouldn't let me spend any more money on these things even if I had somewhere to put them. So I'll enjoy the ones I have - maybe I'll pop back in a few years and see them in the vintage section.

Beautiful job, now let us know what you think about the differences in play of the pachinko vs the pachislo.
