    1/8" glass is cheaper than Plexiglass, the two panes help quite a bit. Plexi tones down the high pitch clickety clack of balls hitting the glass. I have both and the plexi is quieter but somehow cheaper and less crisp sounding than the real glass. As posted in another thread a few of us use foam tape in the corners of the glass track to stop the glass from rattling. and what the heck did you say sitting bull sorry its Dutch to me!

    Can you use a "regular" radial saw blade for wood to cut P-glass or do you need a special blade?

    fine blade installed backwards. so it doesn't tear into the plastic.

    for straight lines just score (scratch) and snap. Curves use a rotozip, or router and a guide,
