I find this very disgusting!

Here is a little story of something that happened to me a few years ago.... First I guess I should say that I use crutches to get around if I'm going to be doing much walking, because I have CP; that being said, I was at a local supermarket and going down the one isle, the arm band on the one crutch snapped, and I took a spill. I ended up with a small scrape on my arm, but was otherwise unhurt. The next thing I know, there are a bunch of people around me and the manager was asking me if I had slipped on something that caused me to fall. I explained what had happened and told him that I was ok and asked everyone to please step back so I could get up and go home.

The manager left for less than a minute, and by the time he got back, I was up and starting to walk to the front exit of the store. When he came up to me, he had a bunch of papers in his hand, and he said, "I need you to sign these papers before I can let you leave". I said, "What do you mean I have to sign these papers before you can LET me leave? What are you going to do, keep me here until I sign them"? He says, "Sir I can't let you leave until you sign these papers releasing the store from any liability". Well, at this point I'm getting pi$$ed!! I said, "Look, I've already told you it wasn't the store's fault; now, I'm leaving, and if you or anyone else try to stop me, I WILL sue. At that point I turned around and walked out, and he stood there with a stupid look on his face.

I don't go back to that store much, only because I didn't care for the way that manager acted.

Id have some fun, take the lamp back to walmart and ask for your money back. When they ask why tell them "I don't understand all the warnings and ask what they mean, "is the lamp unsafe", should I leave the stickers on when I use it, you get the idea. It's like when you buy an electronic item and they try and push that extended warranty on you for about a 1/3 of the cost of the item. I always ask them after they make the pitch " what's wrong with the item?, are you telling me it's only going to last a year?, its made that poorly that I need a extended warranty? Oh I don't want it if its going to break down. It's amazing how fast they back off pushing that warranty on me!!

I've just bought some 'shocking tanks' that don't quite work right. Basically, they're remote controlled tanks and when you shoot the other guy, they get an electric shock through the controller. One of the controllers doesn't work. I was debating taking it back to the shop and giving the salesman the working controller, telling him that this is the one that didn't work. Should be fun watching him dance !

I'am into vintage motorscooters and sometimes they don't start. You take off the spark plug cap, put a spark plug in the cap, and ask the newbee to hold the spark plug and kick over. Next thing you hear is a scream and lot's of choice words. All I say is "I guess it's got spark" and smile. After that they usually try and fix it themselfs first!
