Changing Spin Knob on Super BlackJack

I would like to change out the spin knob on my Super BlackJack. I did find a thread regarding changing a spin knob and it said that you simply disconnect from the electronics inside, pull the knob out the front, and insert the new one.

Well, this isn't working. There must be something else to it and I don't want to break anything. I have disconnected the electronics but there is obviously something holding the spin knob in place and it doesn't appear to be threaded or anything simple like that.

I would truly appreciate any and all help on this subject.

there may be a large nut to remove or a few small screws holding it in from the inside.

If it is not a old machine remove the big nut on the inside and it should come out

Gaku (bigbear pachislo shop) was kind enough to send me instructions along with pictures this morning so I knew exactly what to do. It is very easy once you know where the knob separates.
