Default Potential Off-Shelf Pachislo Stand Candidate?

    Particularly good for Sea Story?
    http://www.petsmart.com/media/ps/ima...9027_489ff.jpg

The dimensions on this 20 gal aquarium stand 27 1/16" W x 14 5/8" D x 30 5/16" H from Petsmart.com comes pretty close to what you want to look for in a stand (untested by me as yet), so I thought I'd pass along the link:

    "http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441809635&FOLDE R%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302030055&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=253 4374302023693&bmUID=1138758880733"

A little wide perhaps, but good for those who want to put a drink on each side of the machine, and a little shorter than my 32 inch stands, but hey nice cabinet and door at a decent price.

It's not really deep enough for a Pachislo. Might be good for Pachinko though.

You may be right, but I measured my Pachislos at 12" for the bottom of the wooden case (not including door), and I usually hang some of mine (coin tray) out front so only about 13.5 inches is sitting on my 15" deep stands (admittedly mine are backweighted a bit and are wider at the front bottom which acheives a nice centre of balance). This narrow might be forward tippy. The commercial ones are 17" deep.

An "accidentally" spilled Gin 'n Tonic should take care of that....

don't waste a good gin and tonic!! My little cousin dumped her milk in a fish tank, took out the whole school.

Is there much intrest in custom cabinets for machines? I have a custom cabinet shop that I make hardwood cabinets for customers, mostly in the long Michigan winter months. Summers are too short to work inside.

I believe that you would definitely find an interest in custom cabinets....stands for pachislos and cases for pachinkos.

I am finally making my first pachislo stand, an oak double machine stand, on lockable casters.
Walmart has media stands about right height for a single machine $26.00

I purchased one of these stands, and it works great for my Neo Pharoah ZETZ.
The machine hangs over the back by 1/2" which I do not see as a big problem. Because of the baseboard the stand is about 3/4" away from the wall anyway.
I had thought of adding a strip of 1X4 to the back of the table but, decided it wasn't necessary.. The stand looks great and has the nice cabinet below for storage. The Hight is really good the machine is at a really comfortable hight. Only problem "assembly requried" hehehehehe!

I would say they are deep enough. My mudroom tables usable surface area is 15 inches deep. This is only a 3/8's smaller than that.

I guess with that little bit of overhang in the back you could mount a L bracket that would attach to the bottom of the machine and the back of the cabinet.

I guess what it really comes down to is what kind of chairs you will use. With these stands I would say you have to have bar stools.

It's 30 inches high and they make 30 inch bar stools. Perfect!
