Reward Hopper Not Functioning

Hi All,
I have a question about the Spiderman pachinko. When my cousin brought it back from Japan, all was working fine except that whenever I the ball hits the start pocket, there are no payout balls. I checked the upper reward tray in the back and all is filled. Does anyone know what the problem is?

You probably have a ball jam in the counter mechanism. I'm not sure about this particular model since I don't have one but there will be a point in the ball feed from the top down that a mechanism will be used to count the balls to release them back to you. Sometimes a ball will get jammed in this mechanism and cause the gears to jam and not release any balls.

That sounds like what it most likely is. If you are unsure as to where it's at. It's on the right hand side, next to red spiderweb. It's black in color.
