Way to go Dattia. My wife quit 5 years ago and has gained 20 lb and for some reason has had more problems then when she was smoking.

Now my mother quit after she smoked for 50 years and 65 years old. She said when a carton of smokes was $6.00 she quit cold turkey. She is 96 and going strong.
