I have every sympathy with the American who was so horrified by what he had read of the effects of smoking that he gave up reading.

Who suggested she stop? If there is no after, there's no problem.

If so, we better start worrying about hubby. He could be the one in trouble?

48 hours smoke-free!!! My kids are wearing earplugs as I have been dropping the F-bomb like crazy. The hay thing isn't really working out since hubby is quitting too, he is avoiding me like the plague. (I think he's afraid of me ) Thanks for all your well wishes. I am hoping tomorrow will be better than today.

UPDATE: I am now 5 days Smoke Free. I actually left my house today feeling like a human being. I really think/hope I have a handle on this now. My husband has admitted to giving into temptation twice but is still trying. I am so proud of him. Thanks for all your support!
