I'm not exactly sure. It looks like it says "Spin Luck" or something. It's got like a "Wheel of Fortune" thing at the top. All I know is, it's definitely not "Lucky Cherry", and that's what I ordered, but that's not what they sent, so it's going back.

Whew! Well, at least they didn't try to stick you with one of those crumby Harley Davidson machines.

he states this in his ad now

ALL MACHINES ARE THE SAME STYLE...TITLES MAY VARY! *
Usually this catagory does not have LCD or LED Screens.

Our refurbishment evaluators have graded these machines on the bottom tier because of their options. These machines still are refurbished to our high standards

That's great. But I had several correspondences and phone calls with him prior to the machine being shipped, and he didn't say anything about "titles may vary" whatsoever. (And in fact, when I re-read the description of the one I bid on, it said "All machines are the same style...titles may vary" also. But that's not what was discussed during our communication prior to the sale. He kept saying that the description page was wrong and that he'd fix everything but that he couldn't change any page of something that close to the end of an auction.)

I thought the HD's were great machines. But, to each his own, I suppose.

I am pretty sure that Don was being sarcastic

If you got a Spin Luck I would keep it over the Lucky Cherry any day of the week. Try checking the manufacturer to see if it's made by IGT. If its not you got a custom job. If it is you got a super deal. Post a pic if you have one.

If it said titles may vary in the description good luck on getting eBay to side with you. If I remember rupan777 had said somewhere that machine can pay out a really big bonus. Hope it all works out for you.

This is the same seller I got the neoplanett from..... same situation, he said it was out of stock, my wife said she wanted a refund if the machine she bid on wasn't shipped within 2 days as his ad says , and the guy shipped it 2 days later (4days total after sale). Ash tray was broken and he is shipping replacment, thank got we weren't bait and switched. I wont leave feedback on the sale until I recieve it first.

I just spoke with leszek. He apologized for the mixup. He said he has been very frustrated dealing with the company supplying him with the machines also. He said they promised to tell him well in advance if a machine that was pictured in an auction was not available. But he said that hasn't happened; and he usually only hears about it from the customer after the wrong machine arrived. I think this will eventually get straightened out; he sounded sincere as far as getting the machine picked up and getting my money returned in full. We'll see. In the meantime, he said he's not doing any more pachi machines on ebay. I'll hold off on my feedback until this gets resolved.

That's correct, as far as the disclaimer goes. But when I spoke with him he said it WOULD be the Lucky Cherry. He said the company told him that specifically. But obviously that didn't happen. I will see what happens when I try to get the company to issue a call tag to pick up the machine.

Also, the other two auctions that I won did NOT have the "titles may vary" disclaimer, so the "it's out of stock" still does not apply, because those machines WERE supposed to be the actual machines. The only questionable one is the Lucky Cherry.
