Magic Pulsar holographic display screen ????

I was wondering if anyone knows what might be wrong with the holographic display. When i frist turn on hthe machine it is works just fine. As soon as I start to play the machine it will not show up again. Even if I try to bring up the menu I have nothing. If I turn the machine off and back on again once again the title screen appears just fine and goes through all the motions....but as soon as I start using the machine I loose it again. If the machine is left on and unplayed for awhile the title screen does not reappear. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

This is for Neo Planett but Neo Magic Pulsar is a similiar machine.

Did you just get the machine or have you had it for awhile. If you just got the machine I'd go through and check all the connections (both ribbon and plugs) and make sure they are all seated properly. Try that first and see if that works and if not let us know.

Thanks for the great advice. However after checking all connections to make sure they were tight and checking the connections mentioned in the Neo Planet post....stilll no change. I have only had this machine for only a couple of weeks so I will be contacting the seller to see if they might have a solution. Once again thank for the help. If nothing else I did get a good look of the inside machine .

I am happy to say that the Magic Pulsar is back up and running thanks to all the great help from Pachislo.com. It ended up that I needed a new el-vision panel which they sent to me. I'm now seeing things on the screeen that I never saw before making this machine even that much better.
