King Pulsar Red

I have a King Pulsar Red at home that is not working properly. The LED screen wont light, there is no sound and the back lights wont light. It does accept tokens and the reels will spin and payout correctly. I thought it was the sound board because everything that doesnt work is connected to this sound board, I replaced the sound board and it still does not work. Swapped out the power supply and still no go. I noticed that on all my other Yamasa machines I have that the H LED on the left of the main board (against the back of the machine) is lit. One the King Pulsar the H led is not lit. Can anyone who owns a variation of this machine (red, green or black) confirm or deny the H LED being lit? I am hoping to narrow down the problem to the main board.

I have a New Pulsar Red and the only led's that are lit on it are the P & R Don't know if that will help any :questionm

It's possibly just a poor connection somewhere

try unplugging and replugging all connectors.

make sure the machine is shut off first

thanks lucky but I have plugged and replugged in all the connectors & tried moving around the wires. When I first got it it lit up ok and I played it a few times. I left it on the bench and went to do something I came back about an hour later and it was in it's current state...didnt smell like some component let it's smoke out.

Were did you get the machine?

It was a raw machine I bought it from a reputable vendor with no warantee straight off the container.

No one has a king pulsar (red, green or black)?

The one thing that I have not heard that you did was a complete reset A lot of times if anything goes wrong it will affect other things and anytime you unplug and replug things then the machine will require a complete reset according to what the tech people tell me Any way I would try it and see what happens

yeah I did that...several times. I think I am going to try and get a replacement main board for it and see what happens...if that doesnt work I may send it to that big Pachislo place in the sky...or at least try and sell of some of the parts.
