I brought up the idea of seasons greetings salmon to my wife but was shot down pretty quick for the Oishii desu holiday ham instead.

Christmas Eve dinner in Japan is usually reserved for eating KFC then cake. This will be my first year eating a normal Christmas dinner in five years.
