Pachinko Pallace is a reputable seller with excellent support from an owner who stands by what he sells. Machine was very clean. Shippng was blazing fast..I got it in 2-3 days. The only thing with PP is that their auctions usually go for pretty high price. Not sure if that's because of their great reputation, their detailed (and arguably hyped) item descriptions or what. I got a machine from them and it was an excellent experience all around.

I bought a Time Park from them, the coin assembly was loose.
( thanx UPS).
I called and they told me how to fix it.
It works great, looks great with the cabinet.
I have bought other machines from them with no problems.

Does grandview sell direct ? I never heard of anybody buying a game direct from them before.

Great people to do business with. I've made numerous purchases and their tech support is very good as well.

GrandView is a good outfit. they have a lifetime support on the electronics and mechanicals of their machines. My Sindbad was supplied by them, If you get a machine with their sticker in it you are in luck as you will have parts support for life. Minus light bulbs of course.

Have had nothing but great machines and great service from PP. And they seem to have machines that others don't carry.
Got a mephisto from them a few weeks ago and the reels had some damage thanks to UPS and they sent out a new reel assy. Didn't even ask for the damaged one back. So now I have some extra parts if I ever need them.
PP is A+ all the way in my book. And no offense to Milt but a lot of times PP has a lower starting bid for the same machines on e-bay. Got my Mephisto $15 dollars cheaper than stealths starting bid. Can't beat saving a little cash.
But in all fairness Stealth is very good to deal with to. I think it's great having more than 1 quality vender to buy from. It makes for more machines and better prices as everyone competes for are dollar.
