Well machine wasent for me i joined the forum to do a little resurch befor i brought it for my wife to be as she liked the look of them from ebay but i had to open and test of corse befor i re pacaged it and wraped it but if she likes it i can see the second coming very quicklyfor me and if not then i gonna have it i think the machine is great im an ex arcade enginear but when i discoverd these i never seen anything like WOW

I know exactly what you mean - how come our UK fruities arent half as groovy as these babies? If nothing else, how cool is the LCD projection over the reels? Thats what I love about my Beast Sapp and Sinbad Adventure...

Its my fourth order up to now and with every order are many Problems

for the last i wayt now over two Weeks and no one knows where my Machines are not i not Steve and not DHL

and he have good prices

But the logistic for European shipping is........

barny sounds like you got the same problem as i did when i shipped car parts from USA try customs and if not get dhl to try customs as it was only me banging my head off customs desk at my local air port that got them to find my consinement and that was with a huge company BAX GLOBAL but if it helps i do sympathise with you as you must be as worried as me

I am sure it has something to do with Dhl not being able to find your Secret Hideout High in the Austrian Mountains..
perhaps you should consider moving out of the cave and into the City?

Thanks again for your kind words .... I must admit for UK deliveries i find City Link fantastic but i am having nightmares with DHL for Europe deliveries ... Does anyone know of a good courier for shipping to Europe and beyond ? Seem to get a lot of interest from Australia aswell .....

I must apologise to Bernhard for his deliveries - they were sent in good time but they seem to be taking forever to get there ...

But this is horrible this is now the third week and nobody can say where the parcels are ..

The from DHL tell that Euro Express:questionm
but in this Time i ride with my bycicle to UK and back

The badest is that they can give us no answer (now over two weeks) were the parcels are ore arrive still better they say nothing

Hi,

DHL customer service has been so bad i have decided to never use them again ... I now have 3 deliveries that i am chasing at the moment and they keep telling my customers that i have not sent the goods etc yet i have signed DHL manifests from them with tracking details etc on them ....

Does anyone know of a good courier company to use ? I Called UPS who charge £250.00 for a 40kg parcel to Austria so they are definitely not in the running ... LOL

Can anyone in the UK help ?
