Default Hanabi Hyakkei - almost here.

I'm new to PachiTalk (and the Pachination) - my very first Pachislo Hanabi Hyakkei is on the UPS truck for delivery today - though here in Waterdown, Ontario (Canada) we got a good dump of snow last night so it's somewhat delayed (at least that's what the tracking says). I'm so excited - I am re-restoring my previosuly stored vintage pachinko machine, but it has to move a side for a bit.

Paid less than US$200 which in our neck of the woods is a deal for this.

I have the L-Pad (not the best quality in the world, C$13 same as Parts Express) and fixin's so we don't get a household revolt, and a stand from Business Depot C$50 Part# 850744 Bush® Fusion Mobile Audio/Video Cart, 32 7/8"H x 30"W x 15 1/2"D, Natural Cherry/Galaxy which seems about perfect for it, though I am adding a plywood back since it's only rated to support 50 lbs, and bolting the pachislo to it.

You'd think we were just about to have another kid or something!

I think most of us know what you mean by the family addition. The feeling never gets old. You've made a great choice for a machine. I love my Hanabi Hyakkei . Be sure to allow much room for many more additions to the family.
    Never met a Pachi I didn't like!

I know what you mean. I started with 1, after 8 weeks I have 4 Pachislo Machines.
I think my collection will grow even bigger. If Santa ( I mean my Wife) Don't forget.
My wife has no time for these machines. I don't know why?
But I just enjoy collecting them.

All the best in the new Year

    Cheers

Last night I took my two broken HH machines and made one good one! It's a GREAT machine. Mine hit both a regular and Big Bonus in the 1st half hour of play. The music, lights and graphics are awesome. Combined with 1,2 or 3 bet capability and this machine's a keeper!

My wife is always asking me "Why do you have to have so many of the same machines?" As if they are all the same. So if you own one, you own them all.

(Ask Mark if you don't believe me.)

You could always use the logic my wife uses when she buys things we don't need: "They were on sale, think of all the money we saved by buying them on sale"
