Don, my hope is that he's trying to move a part container/full container of machines, and was trying to figure how to get the word out. This forum is filled with VERY sharp internet-savvy people (uh, and me too) and I have my fingers crossed that messages here were simply an attempt at promotion--not the way we'd like to see it, but the way it might happen if you happen to have a giant pile of Pachinkos to dispatch.

Under what seems to be his former eBay handle there were several good feedbacks on pachinkos from folks that looked legit. The titles he lists are plausible titles from a recently arriving container, including items with no eBay sales history that would be hard to come up as an auction listing if you didn't have the thing in hand (Power Get Game leaps to mind). It's not like you couldn't get the pictures and titles, but there are an awful lot of pics in the museum...

Obviously, our gambling mentality here has led several of us to give him a shot, and if he comes through, great! I don't think he'd burn the PayPal account over a few hundred in Pachinko profits when he could (if interested in scamming) do a lot better scamming in other categories (with bigger $ at stake). But prudence (if you can call it that) dictates, for me, that the first deal has to be good before anything else could happen.

And for me, if I can get a new reliable dealer that close to home, well super!

    Fingers still crossed.

Good luck guys. Remember I'm your man if you need anyone to test the machine's playability (or winability. ).

Ocpachinko, my thoughts are much like yours are. Am thinking there is a gamble in buying from the guy, but there is also protection because of PayPal. I have to admit I am tempted, too, and if I had a machine I was very interested in, I might throw my chips on the table for it. Lets all keep fingers crossed that the fella is legit. Sure has great prices.

only thing holding me back is that i think with the new robocop its going to leave me no more room im my bedroom for machines (12). I tried to negotiate some livingroom space tonight but that didnt work. I was told to "go and rent a storage space, your hobby is now an addiction"

Friends? Yeah, that's an OK machine...it has that Sea Story (Lew... ) vibe to it. Not Sankyo's finest hour but it has fairly good gameplay and it's pretty cute too, your daughter will probably enjoy it; in fact, that machine was marketed for younger women (not hard to tell eh?).

Ok guys let me set it straight for you. Yes, I am the seller on Ebay as most of you have already figured out. The reason for my quick feedback was to be able to list 1-day auctions to allow my customers to receive their machine by Christmas and for me to get rid of some inventory in order to make room for my next shipments. The pricing is only temporary and now is your chance to get a quality machine at a great price. Any questions you may have please feel free to contact me via email at pachinko4u@yahoo.com and I will do my best to answer each and everyones question. Best Regards, Scott

Scott welcome, you have great machines listed at great prices. Any idea how long i can expect it to take for my machine to reach NY after payment has been made? Thanks again.

Thanks, I hope I did the right thing.

There's nothing like turning on the computer and 5 minutes later being $400 more in debt.

I do it all the time. Nothing to it. See what happens when there's no Shoutbox to keep you occupied?

Can you imagine if we had had the shoutbox tonight? With what was going on with those Ebay auctions etc. it would have been overflowing. Heck even I would of wanted to join in that conversation

Yes, I blame it all on Tulsa. The quiet of the board without the Shoutbox made me go temporarily insane!
