OK PIZZAMAN give us the auction number if you bought it off him on Ebay. He has no feedback as a seller. Or did you buy this from him some other way? And if so he has a contact phone number as a business right? We have a few questions to ask...

    Thanks for your help.

Just in case anyone missed the two endorsements.

diversity... what is the PayPal ID, so we can see the 680+ feedback there?

Pizzaman... maybe you would know. Did you use PayPal?

Cool Re: Pachinkos, a little too cheap?

Do you notice that they mostly end at the same time, dec 5 6-7pm and if he gets the prices he's asking he'll have around $12570.00 with shipping included and if it goes up he's looking at around $15000.00 for posting. Not to bad of a scam for $15000.00.

    Cheers,
    James

Thanks PIZZAMAN. I am glad it wasn't a purchase on Ebay as it would made me a bit paranoid anyway. Your input is timely and will maybe help anyone that wants to take that chance on this seller. Again Thanks!

Considering the location that he's selling from that would make sense.

Whatever this chaps business ethics, I am sad that the tone of the forum seems to have suffered this evening. I think it is the first time I have felt people are being less than kind. I would rather pay more for my machines and maintain the friendly atmosphere.
Good luck to anybody who managaes to get a bargain but lets not have people falling out over it. Life is much too short!

If this seller is legitimate and the machines are above average in condition, this reminds me of Dell in a way. Flood the market with product, sell for much less than your competitors, force the other guys to either drop their prices or suffer a dramatic hit in sales.

I am very curious to see how this turns out for buyers. For those of you who are taking the chance, please post your experience.

    Thanks!

Rob, yes I remember your thread on that purchase. I got a Robocop today. We'll see if it's in as good a condition as yours turned out to be. Arby bought a CR POWER GET GAME and minnesotabrad is also bidding on one of the machines, maybe dritz too? So we should get a good reading on whether this seller provides consistently good machines. Thanks for your posts. BTW, I'm rarely included in the "normal" group. Thanks.

The forum is for discussion... and that's what we're doing.
I don't think anyone is being harsh... but rather discussing perhaps the hottest topic of the day. It's been said that we're like family, and family looks after each other. That's what I think is happening here.

Some are taking the chance, others are holding.
Some of those taking this chance are veteran members of this forum, and will be able to tell us a bit more than what has been offered (and asked for) by newer members. No offense, but questions just weren't answered before when they could have been.

The things people may or MAY NOT have realized without this discussion:

    1. This seller had an account previously cancelled by eBay, which turned out to be NOT A REGISTERED MEMBER very suddenly. Pizzaman took the chance, he tells us... and went with him anyway, through email. He says he is satisfied, and things worked out.

    2. This seller got a new eBay account (less than 2 weeks old now) and quickly built feedback with questionable purchases... the kind used ONLY to build feedback. We are told it was so he could do US the favor of getting them to us by Christmas... by running one day auctions now.

    3. This seller is running some 59 machines on a ONE DAY AUCTION each.
That's a very large amount of machines in one day, don't you think?
(EDIT - now 77 machines over 2 days, all in 1 day auctions)

    4. The seller has been identified as qualitypachinkomachines.com
The website has been up less than a month. It was posted about before, questions asked about it, which again received no answers. At least we can use a WHOIS record search for name and contact information IF things go sour that PayPal can't solve.

    So... the discussion continues.
    Nothing wrong with that, right?

I took one for the team. Won my auction and will let everyone know how it turns out. I am looking forward to my new addition. I guess I figure everyone has to start somehow. Milt and gaku both became vendors at one point with no one knowing how things would turn out and the are two of the most popular vendors out there. Arby went from pachislo's to pachinko's and now is a pachinko vendor that is highly praised as the best in the business. I think any negative talk should wait if there are any issues and people are free to voice any concerns they may have and not bid if they do not want to on the person's auctions. Pizzaman has talked highly of this seller and had a great experience in his new machine.
    and a few others.

Here is the one I got http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=6233015349
It is called Friends, a dog theme that I think my daughter will really enjoy. I would be interested if rupan knows anything about this machine.

Sure everyone had to start at one time, but not by faking feedback. That made me really worry about this fellow.

How does one fake feedback? His last feedback was from an item he paid $360 for.
