By the way, did you figure out a solution as to how you're going to display your new toys? I posted a link in another post about some coffee tables Target has on sale. If you put two tables together end to end, you can get three machines on them with just enough room in between them. They also have drawers to hold all your extra tokens and trays and stuff. We've been using cheapo LACK tables from Ikea. They cost about $12 or $13 each and each one holds one machine. We put 3 together, put a red throw/blanket on top, and it looks pretty cool. It covers the front, so we can then store stuff underneath without it being seen. I don't have a link, but it's the standard Ikea LACK table, and it comes in lots of different colors and finishes.

What do you think the chances are that you'd get a Sinbad Adventure or a Popeye from rockbottomofthebarrellslots?

If you notice in the background and in the ad, you can see a King Camel. So if your are very lucky you will get one of those. OOOPPPPPSSSS I forgot no two machines are alike, so only one lucky person will get the King Camel

You wouldn't be able to open the door on one of them; there needs to be a certain amount of clearance when they're directly side by side. In some instances, we stagger the front to back depth, rather than the side to side space, but there has to still be a certain amount of side to side space in between to accommodate for opening the door of the machine on the right hand side.

did ya figure out what the u shape plastic thing if for??? if not i bet it is for the coin counter mechanism. when you have 50 credits, then it kicks the 51 etc coin back to the tray instead of the hopper. that plastic keeps the coin from kicking into the machine. a guard. my 2 coins worth

Nuke 'em is right, the plastic cover you described sounds like part of the coin mechanism. It snaps onto it, take a look and you'll see.
