Just a quick note of thanks to Gaku and his most excellent business. I ordered a package deal and the machines shipped when he said they would, were packed safe and secure and the machines looked like they rolled right off the showroom floor. Seriously, these machines are CLEAN! Worked like a charm. The few minor problems I had were answered via e-mail within an hour.

I could not be happier and I heartily recommend Gaku to everyone.

Gaku Rocks. I had a problem with an IGT Tri-Color I recently purchased from BigBear. Sent an e-mail on Sunday early afternoon and by evening I had a response complete with photos of what I should do to troubleshoot the problem. His first suggestion did the trick and now Tri-Color is up and running again. Spectacular Customer Service. My first source for future pachislos.
