    Default Tekken 3 - WOW!

    Hey!

Well I guess I should start by saying what an honour it is to join this forum as a newbie Pachislo owner (courtesy of Steve at 777Heven – thanks Steve). The Tekken machine is fabulous and we are all having great fun with it – the big screen with those graphics!!! Great!!!

The machine has a menu system that allows the player to pick their fighter and other such stuff. Unfortunately it is all in Japanese so figuring it out is proving a little taxing.

If anyone has any information on this machine I would be most grateful for anything you could tell me.

    Si

If you can post screenshots, they can probably be translated by someone here...

Tekken certainly is a very nice looking machine. It is the first machine I bought. I haven't played it too much yet I have only run about 2500 tokens through it.

I haven't really determined if it is fun yet. There are lots of mini-games and other things happening but it just doesn't hold my attention.

Does anyone else who has this and other pachislo's have an opinion? Does it getter better the more you play it? Is there a certain skill level it needs to played on?

    Just my early thoughts.

I have had Tekken for about a week now and I really enjoy it. It can be very stingy at times! But the sound and video on this machine are great!! Try and play a different character. I like playing with the Tiger guy. Seeing him stop the Train is AMAZING!! Lots of fun! The bonus music and lights are great also. I know what you mean though by saying it does not hold your attention. It can go through spurts where you dont see anything happen for a long time. I hope this helps!

    Hey,
Thanks everyone for all those welcome replies. Apologies for the delay in my reply – overworked at the moment!!!

Rupan777 – Thanks for the great suggestion, I’ll see if I can sort out some screenshots this week.

Sacpinplayer, fhagar, RKnarr01, arbycoffee, dalto – Thanks for the kind words, it’s good to be part of your bunch (Pachination )

JVCJr26 – I’ll give that a go. I haven’t messed around in the menu too much for fear of screwing something up, but a Tiger Guy stopping a train can’t be missed!!! So you’re a PADI guy then?

    Cheers Guys

Sib, yes I am a PADI guy. I got certified about 7 years ago. We have COLD!!! diving around here (Boston), but that picture of me is taken in a Freshwater Spring (Ginnie Springs) in Florida. Where is your pic taken? Looks like it must be warm.

Yeah, that picture was taken is Lanzarote. The diving there is fairly good. We (the Wife and I) have been qualified about 5 years and haven’t dived in the UK once as we just can’t stand the cold (wimps ). We haven’t been to the Red Sea (can’t think why not really), our best diving was in Maui – that was really good!!! We will be coming to Florida in January mostly for business but with enough time for a little pleasure, anywhere you would recommend for diving that’s near Orlando?
