Deka Dan reel problem

I just received my Deka Dan and when the reels spin they move slightly left-right as they turn. The problem is the leftmost reel is slightly rubbing against the side of the window when it is in it's leftmost wobble.

It is just barely touching so any adjustment at all would stop this from happening.

Is there any way to fix this?

i would check the reel cage and assembly just to make sure everything is positioned properly.

Just unscrew the reel housing and make sure nothing is loose one of the reels might be pushed forward some,
