You had this right in your auction:

ALL GAMES ARE IN ORGINAL CASES AND SLEEVES,

BUT I HAVE TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, THEY ALL HAVE SCRATCHES, IT DOESN'T AFFECT THE PLAY.

THEY ALL LOAD UP AND PLAY JUST FINE.

On my Amazon.com account I had a guy leave me 4 out ouf 5 stars because he claimed he found the same item for half the price. I pride myself on being one of THE lowest prices on the particular item. Frustrating.

4 out of 5 stars.....Service and response time was excellent. Product is first rate in both function and quality. Only negative is price. I subsequently found same item selling for half of what I paid gor it. I take responsibility for this. I should have done a bit more research.
Your Response: Thank you for the feedback. You might double check that the one you saw for Half the price is in fact the Stainless Steel version you purchased. The Aluminum often go for about half, but most sellers actually sell the Stainless for about $10 more than us. And then there are the neverending copies. But I am glad you like the nozzle and know it will deliver you great performance.

Well, at least that guy attempted to take the heat for it in his words as most people in the same situation probably wouldn't. Still, he shouldn't have marked off a star.

Yeah, but it's like I take a hit for his problem. I know he couldn't have found the one he ordered for half. I am convencied (SP?) he found a similar one.

But I had a perfect record there! Even with that one I still show 100%.
